At Everything Hippo, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our return policy as easy as possible.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return your products and receive store credit or request an exchange for the same or similar product. However due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
Within 30 Days - You must request a return for store credit, or an exchange for the same or similar item within 30 days of the product being shipped to you. Returns must be shipped back to our offices within 7 days of receiving your return label. If you do not adhere to these guidelines, your return request may be delayed or declined.
Includes original packaging and product in new condition - Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition. Everything Hippo may reject the returned product if there is damage to the product and/or product packaging.
Declined returns - If a product is deemed unfit for return, Everything Hippo will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. You can choose one of the following options:
- The product will be shipped back to you at a shipping cost of $10 ; or
- The product will be recycled.
If you do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Everything Hippo informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.
Free Return Shipping - All orders shipped to the Continental US are eligible for free return shipping using a carrier that we’ve selected. Please follow the instructions below. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during shipment.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please send an email to email@example.com. Include your email address and your order ID. Identify which products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Note: For faster processing please include a phone number.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Clearance items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
- Items ordered with a gift card can be exchanged for a similar item but cannot be returned for store credit.
- Products you acquire via store credit or via return for exchange are not eligible for any further returns or exchanges.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Once we have received your return request, we normally respond within two business days. If we have all the information we need, our response will include the shipping label and instructions on how to return your items. If we do not have all the information we need, our response will request additional information. For faster processing, please include a contact phone.
